Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Senior Product Manager for MedTech to own the MedTech-specific vision within our Vault CRM platform. You will collaborate with the wider Vault CRM PM team to evolve the core platform for Medical Device and Diagnostic workflows, ensuring solutions meet complex regulatory and industry needs.

You will translate MedTech requirements into technical specs, drive cross-team roadmaps, and partner with AI teams to develop agents that enhance CRM usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience at a software company launching enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to influence roadmaps across multiple product teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong data-driven problem solving to uncover customer needs.
• Experience writing detailed requirements and leading engineering in agile environments.
• Ability to translate MedTech concepts for developers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the MedTech Roadmap: Own the strategy and delivery of MedTech-specific functionality.
• Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner with Vault CRM PM org to integrate core platform capabilities for MedTech.
• Industry Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent the product team at MedTech events and gather market intelligence.
• Requirement Synthesis: Translate MedTech sales nuances into technical specs.
• AI & Intelligent Orchestration: Partner with AI PM team to build agents for CRM efficiency.
• Full Lifecycle Management: Guide features from concept and design to global release and adoption.
