Job summary

Veeva Systems in Boston seeks a Senior Product Manager for MedTech to own the MedTech-specific vision within Vault CRM, collaborating with the wider PM team to evolve the core platform for Medical Device and Diagnostic customers and translate industry needs into a dedicated MedTech roadmap and scalable capabilities.

You’ll drive requirements, partner with AI and UX teams, and guide features from concept to global release, balancing regulatory needs, usability, and data architecture to support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience at a software company with a track record of launching enterprise-grade SaaS products
• Demonstrated ability to influence roadmaps across multiple product teams in a matrixed PM environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to uncover customer needs
• Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Superior ability to translate MedTech concepts into technical requirements for developers and executives

Responsibilities

• Drive the MedTech Roadmap: Own the strategy and delivery of MedTech-specific functionality
• Collaborate with Vault CRM PM teams to ensure core platform supports MedTech models
• Represent the product team at MedTech events and gather market intelligence
• Translate MedTech sales nuances into technical specs
• Partner with AI/UX teams to enable intelligent agents and better CRM usage
• Guide features from concept to global release and customer adoption
