Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect surgeons and accounts; develop plans to grow sales.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales within territory; demonstrate and ensure proper utilization.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel.
• Provide support during surgical cases and maintain regular contact with customers.
• Promote new products and strategic selling objectives within the region.
• Manage inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
