Rincon Search Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III or Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a hands-on role focused on advanced manufacturing and rapid prototyping within the medical device sector. You will own projects from concept through production readiness, applying GD&T, CAD, and metrology to develop robust processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in MedTech, medical devices, aerospace, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and precision manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with engineering drawings, GD&T, CAD, and metrology.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex manufacturing engineering and rapid prototyping projects.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot high-precision manufacturing processes.
• Develop and optimize process parameters for advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Solve complex technical and manufacturing problems.
• Support programs from prototype through production readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and customer-facing teams.
• Lead technical discussions and communicate project status and recovery plans.
• Support quoting, process development, measurement, validation, and production-readiness activities.
• Apply GD&T, CAD, metrology, GR&R, DOE, OQ/PQ, and related methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects with autonomy and ownership.
• Provide technical mentorship to technicians and engineers.
