Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or related discipline with at least seven (7) years in legal/compliance support.
- Five (5) years in legal specialist or senior paralegal role within corporate/legal environment.
- Experience in claims review, marketing review, contract administration, or regulatory/legal processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, marketing, and functional teams.
- Review routine commercial and operational matters for legal/compliance risks.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, IP, Privacy, and Compliance partners on reviews.
- Support contracting-related matters with lawyers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain training materials and standardized legal processes.
