Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR is required.
• Strong clinical workflows knowledge and healthcare IT systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide product ownership and senior level expertise on Meditech Expanse EMR decisions and priorities.
• Provide daily system support for EMR applications and troubleshoot user issues.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
• Deliver utilization training on EMR standards for providers and healthcare staff.
• Serve as primary contact for application system support via the service desk and call queue.
• Manage and resolve system incidents, escalating to vendors when needed to maintain uptime.
• Participate in design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and administrative applications.
• Lead quality testing for projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Work with operations to optimize workflows and improve system performance.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data within applications.
