Legacy Oaks of Sacramento Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Medication Technician who will be responsible for maintaining safe medication delivery to the residents. This role involves assisting with self-administration of medications and supporting residents in daily activities while adhering to RCFE regulations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for medication management, documentation, and communication with healthcare providers. A background in medication training and willingness to work with the elderly is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-required medication training/testing for RCFE by company standards.
• Minimum age: 18 years (or as required by state regulations).
• TB clearance and criminal background clearance (LIC 508) required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications per community protocols.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and monitor their wellbeing.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and families regarding resident care.
