Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs.
• Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Assist residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls and resident/visitor requests in a timely, safe manner.
