Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an expert in Medicare Compliance Advisory to support day-to-day execution aligned with CMS requirements. You will translate complex regulations for stakeholders, manage regulatory communications, and contribute to audits and corrective action plans across the organization.

The role partners with compliance leadership to ensure timely deliverables, rigorous documentation, and ongoing improvement of compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in compliance, regulatory, or risk management.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, CMS guidance and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Medicare Compliance Program in alignment with CMS and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
• Prepare, validate, and submit regulatory reports, attestations, and filings.
• Identify compliance risks, track issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support audit readiness and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and mentor stakeholders.
