Centene Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Medicare Compliance Advisory expert to support day-to-day execution of CMS-aligned programs. This individual will provide regulatory guidance, research requirements, track issues, and help ensure audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s Degree or JD preferred.
• 5+ years Compliance, regulatory, operations, or risk management in a regulated industry.
• 4+ years Compliance advisory experience (regulatory research, drafting guidance, issue tracking, audits).
• 2+ years experience supporting managed care, Medicare Advantage/Part D, or DSNP programs.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicare regulations, CMS guidance and compliance expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Medicare Compliance Program in alignment with CMS and regulations.
• Translate federal, state, and contractual requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Develop/regulate regulatory communications and disclosures; liaise with regulators as needed.
• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and attestations.
• Identify compliance risks and evaluate business processes to suggest mitigations.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Provide SME support for audit scope, testing strategies, and oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Evaluate remediation plans and validate corrective actions.
