Job summary

Fidelity Investments' Medicare Services unit seeks a Senior Carrier Relationship Manager to lead strategic engagement with national and select regional insurance carriers, driving enterprise objectives and growth.

You will own executive relationships, negotiate contracts, and guide performance across carrier partners while mentoring team members and collaborating across training, compliance, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years' professional experience with 6+ years in Medicare sales, leadership, or relationships.
• Proven carrier experience and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level relationships with national and regional carrier partners.
• Own carrier portfolio, drive performance, growth, and alignment with business goals.
• Define SLAs, KPIs, and conduct annual carrier evaluations.
• Identify and onboard new carrier partners to expand offerings.
• Lead complex contract negotiations and manage regulatory obligations.
• Serve as escalation point for carrier issues and audits.
• Collaborate across training, compliance, marketing, and operations.
• Mentor and support the CMBE Leadership Team and peers.
