Our Medical Services team ensures document accuracy and relevance, serving as the scientific voice of the agency. We promote strategic scientific insights and support career development through varied responsibilities in molecular biology, genetics, immunology, pharmacology, clinical trial design, and statistics.

Who you are:

You will independently create core claims from scientific documents, fact-check, conduct literature searches, and educate teammates on scientific topics. You will collaborate with copywriters, verify claims, analyze literature, and participate in MLR meetings, documenting decisions and providing solutions for claims and messages.

Essential functions:

What you must know:

• Knowledge of basic statistics and their applications in medicine
• Understanding of foundational promotional advertising concepts
• Awareness of differences between consumer and healthcare provider advertising
• Familiarity with client strategic objectives
• Knowledge of print and digital communication tactics
• Understanding of compliance risks related to claims and imagery
• Command of client data, literature, clinical reports, and statistical plans

What you must do:

• Independently write core claims
• Participate in MLR meetings, documenting key decisions
• Advise on claim support or revision strategies
• Recommend new tactics based on scientific literature
• Review creative concepts for accuracy and supportability
• Assess documents for accuracy, relevance, and strategic alignment
• Conduct insight mining by comparing labels and literature

Qualifications:

Other Required:

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred:

• At least 3 years of experience at an agency, or 1.5 years if promoted within PRECISION AQ
• Strong communication, analytical, collaborative, and organizational skills
• Scientific knowledge of clinical development and regulatory processes
• Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively

Compensation ranges from $84,000 to $126,000 USD, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
