Responsibilities

• Take ownership of developing high-quality, client-ready scientific, medical, and educational materials, including slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and more, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review materials created by scientific writers for strategic alignment and scientific accuracy; provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of products/accounts for meaningful client interactions, including consultancy when necessary.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, advising on strategic plans and data dissemination.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and client meetings to enhance skills and support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with client directors to develop and execute medical communication initiatives in digital spaces, including content creation and data visualization.
• Ensure all materials comply with client requirements, SOPs, style guides, and internal standards, updating documents as needed.
• Support research dissemination by maintaining awareness of developments across therapeutic areas and assisting with pitches.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• 3-5 years of experience in scientific writing or related fields.
• PhD/MD (Pharmacology), PhD (Life Sciences), PharmD, or MPharm/M.Sc with understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
• Clear, concise scientific writing with high attention to detail and excellent language skills.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and materials.
• Basic knowledge of biostatistics.
• Proficiency in literature review and evaluation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
