Responsibilities

• Take ownership of developing high-quality, client-ready scientific and medical materials, including slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, training decks, infographics, and more, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Review materials created by scientific writers to ensure alignment and accuracy, providing constructive feedback, mentoring, and training to support skill development.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of products and accounts to facilitate meaningful client interactions and consultancy when needed.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders, advising on strategic plans and scientific content dissemination.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and client meetings to enhance skills and support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with client directors to develop ideas and execute medical communications initiatives, including digital content and innovative solutions.
• Ensure all materials comply with client requirements, SOPs, style guides, and internal standards, updating documents as needed.
• Support the creation of diverse document types, contributing to making research accessible and current across therapeutic areas.
• Assist in preparing pitches and supporting presentations.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• 3-5 years of relevant scientific writing experience.
• PhD/MD (Pharmacology), PhD (Life Sciences), PharmD, or M.Pharm/M.Sc with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
• Experience with Global Medical Value (GMV) Dossiers is preferable.
• Clear, concise scientific writing style with high attention to detail and excellent language skills.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different materials and audiences.
• Basic knowledge of biostatistics.
• Strong literature review and evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
