Job summary

You will manage workload, scheduling, and inventory while training staff and contributing to policy development.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field, MT (ASCP) or equivalent, and 5+ years of clinical lab experience with at least 2 in a specialty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medical Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years clinical laboratory experience with 2+ years in a specialty area.
• Certification in Medical Technology (MT ASCP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of an assigned laboratory section.
• Manage workload, scheduling, inventory, and QA conformance.
• Assist in training and in development/revision of lab policies.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and laboratory information systems.
