Johns Hopkins Hospital in Columbia, MD seeks a Laboratory/Pathology leader to oversee the daily operations of an assigned lab section and ensure adherence to testing standards and quality assurance. You will manage workload, scheduling, and inventory while training staff and contributing to policy development.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field, MT (ASCP) or equivalent, and 5+ years of clinical lab experience with at least 2 in a specialty.

Full Time/Days: 7:00am -3:30pm
Weekend/Hoildays Rotations Required
Salary Range: Minimum 39.56/hour - Maximum 65.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
