• Provide consultative services to the medical staff as Technical Consultant.
• Oversee quality improvement and regulatory compliance programs.
• Ensure accurate testing and reporting of patient results.
• Maintain and update laboratory policies and procedures; document corrective actions.
• Oversee proficiency testing and ensure proper collaboration with external labs where required.
