Digitas Health, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Medical Director to provide senior medical leadership across pharma, biotech, and medical device clients. You will translate complex science into compelling healthcare communications and guide cross-functional teams with strategic medical expertise.

You will lead disease-state narratives, engagement strategies, and ensure medical accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the consult-to-creation process.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree in healthcare or scientific field.
• Significant experience leading medical/scientific initiatives in healthcare advertising or pharma/biotech.
• Ability to translate scientific evidence into clear marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of US pharma marketing regulations and medical-legal review processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior medical and scientific leadership across high-profile brands and therapeutic areas.
• Partners with clients and cross-functional teams to shape healthcare professional marketing strategies.
• Oversees scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and quality of promotional content through development and review.
• Mentors Medical Directors, Associate Medical Directors, and medical writers across accounts.
