You will mentor a team of medical professionals, contribute to organic growth, and partner with cross-functional teams to align medical strategy with brand objectives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline.
• Experience leading scientifically complex brands and providing medical counsel to senior clients.
• Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing principles, regulations, and medical-legal-regulatory review processes.
• Ability to evaluate and interpret medical literature and clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior medical and scientific leadership across assigned brands and accounts.
• Serves as a trusted medical advisor to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Leads development of medical strategy, disease-state narratives, and medical platforms.
• Ensures scientific accuracy and timeliness across channels and development stages.
• Mentors Medical Directors and other medical team members, setting expectations for quality.
• Educates teams and clients on disease states, mechanisms of action, and clinical data.
• Leads advisory boards and scientific initiatives to support growth.
• Contributes medical leadership to new business pitches and expansion efforts.
