Qualifications

• Certification within 1 year of hire as required.
• 5 years of executive/administrative work within a medical staff office.
• 3 years experience coordinating with administrators, upper level managers, medical staff officers, and physician practices.
• 2 years supervisory or lead experience; leadership demonstrated in team guidance.
• 2 years MDStaff or similar credentialing software experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing and privileging processes for medical staff.
• Manage CME programs and medical staff governance activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory accreditation standards.
