Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison in the United States for a direct-hire engagement. The role focuses on peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals, serving as a therapeutic expert, and liaising between the client and study sites to support education and advisory activities.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, highly proactive, and skilled at collaboration within cross-functional teams, with oncology expertise and readiness

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline.
• 8+ years experience as an MSL or similar in pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
• Knowledge and experience within the oncology therapeutic area.
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex scientific data.
• Strong networking skills with proven ability to build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals via presentations and education programs.
• Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, marketing and other teams to support medical strategies.
