Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master's degree with equivalent psychiatry or CNS clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant work experience.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of industry dynamics.
• Ability to lead teams and project work strategically.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, scientific, and health economic information on CNS diseases and products.
• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, healthcare providers, and patient groups.
• Contribute to regional medical strategies and ecosystem execution plans.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver evidence-based solutions in real-world settings.
• Support clinical trials, post-marketing activities, and investigator-sponsored studies.
• Train promotional and disease-state speakers and maintain scientific integrity.
• Build external relationships to understand evolving healthcare trends and needs.
