Job summary

Comprehensive EyeCare Partners in Henderson, NV seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule medical appointments, and deliver exceptional patient service.

You will verify demographics and insurance, coordinate with providers across locations, document interactions in the EMR, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling medical appointments.
• At least 1 year in a medical office.
• 1 year in a patient experience role.
• Familiar with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient and provider calls professionally.
• Reschedule/cancel appointments accurately.
• Verify demographics and insurance information.
