Job summary

HOK Group, Inc. seeks a healthcare planning leader to drive medical planning for complex facilities, overseeing programming, master planning, and client communications. You will lead meetings, develop scopes and milestones, and coordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality healthcare design.

The role requires extensive healthcare project experience, a relevant architecture degree, and preferred licensure; a hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required. Master Degree preferred.
• 15 years' experience focused on healthcare projects, including large-scale healthcare facilities.
• Architecture license preferred. LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees medical planning expertise for the healthcare practice and firm-wide teams.
• Leads the medical planning portion of client meetings and ensures progress is communicated.
• Develops scope documents, milestones, and coordination with project managers and engineers.
• Mentors staff, participates in industry associations, and promotes sustainable design.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience

Master Degree preferred

Architecture license preferred

LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred
