You will handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and related wrongful death matters, build cases through discovery and expert development, and guide clients with compassion. The firm emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic record
• Active admission to State Bar in good standing
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally medical negligence/malpractice
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage a significant caseload

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial and meaningful caseload from intake through trial
• Lead discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Develop case strategies and advocate for clients
• Collaborate with medical experts and consultants
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff
