Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks a Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Litigation Attorney to manage a meaningful caseload from intake to trial, joining a nationally respected team with extensive resources.

You will handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death matters, leveraging the firm’s technology to build cases through discovery and depositions, while guiding clients with compassion and clarity. Requirements include a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally involving medical negligence/malpractice, and/or nursing home matters.
• Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence / abuse, and wrongful death matters from pre-suit investigation through trial.
• Leverage M&M’s technology suite to effectively manage cases through their lifecycle.
• Build compelling cases through discovery, expert development, depositions, and motion practice.
• Guide clients and families through some of the most difficult moments with compassion and clarity.
• Collaborate with leading medical experts and consultants.
• Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Develop case strategies that maximize outcomes and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for clients seeking justice and closure.
• Opportunities are available in Boston, Irvine, Sacramento, Detroit, and New York
