Job summary

Morgan & Morgan seeks a Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Litigation Attorney to manage a substantial caseload from intake through trial. You’ll work with a nationally respected team, leveraging technology to pursue life-changing results for clients and build a career focused on justice.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an accredited law school, active State Bar membership, and 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, especially in medical negligence and nursing home

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the applicable State Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally involving medical negligence or nursing home matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence/abuse, and wrongful death matters from intake through trial.
• Leverage technology to manage cases through their lifecycle.
• Develop case strategies and lead discovery, expert development, depositions, and motions.
• Guide clients with compassion and clarity through challenging times.
• Collaborate with medical experts and consultants, and participate in mediations and trials.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outcomes with accountability.
