Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, a national plaintiffs’ firm, seeks a Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Litigation Attorney in Boston to manage a meaningful caseload from intake through trial. You will work with a nationally respected team, handling cases against hospitals and providers, and gain autonomy to lead matters over time.

You will collaborate with medical experts, develop trial-ready strategies, and advocate for vulnerable clients with compassion and clarity.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar admission.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, including medical negligence.
• Excellent litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large caseload.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload from intake through trial.
• Leverage the firm’s technology to manage cases.
• Build compelling cases through discovery, expert development, depositions, and motions.
• Guide clients and families through difficult moments with compassion and clarity.
• Collaborate with leading medical experts and consultants.
• Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Develop case strategies to maximize outcomes and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for clients seeking justice and closure.
