Job summary

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics in Concord, NH seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) V to perform a variety of diagnostic tests, oversee QC, and maintain instruments.

This full-time day-shift role includes rotating weekends and occasional evenings, with rotations across DHMC clinics in Concord, Manchester, and Nashua. Requires BS in CLS and 3–5 years of clinical lab experience, plus ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in education & Clinical Laboratory experience.
• 3–5 years of clinical lab experience.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines and manage changing volumes.
• Basic knowledge of computer software systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoots issues and communicates resolutions to leadership.
• Oversees quality control and instrument function checks.
• Trains new laboratory staff and students as needed.
• Assists in phlebotomy, specimen processing, and requisition checks when required.
