Valley Health System in Southern Nevada is seeking a Medical Technologist to analyze laboratory specimens and report results according to protocol. This role requires strong bench skills and the ability to supervise routine lab activities.

You will work with minimal supervision in a multi-department lab environment, ensuring high quality patient care. Nevada State Supervisor license and ASCP registration are required.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in relevant science or equivalent as defined by CLIA’88.
• 4 years experience as Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist with general lab/multi-department experience.
• Nevada State License as general supervisor required; ASCP or equivalent board registration required.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the analysis of laboratory specimens and reporting results according to laboratory protocol and procedures.
• Acts as general supervisor over assigned lab activities.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
