Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CLS or basic science.
• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements procedures for collecting, processing and analyzing specimens.
• Performs routine and complex lab procedures, analyzes discrepancies and applies corrective actions.
• Ensures quality control, verifies abnormal results and maintains accuracy of data.
• Oversees maintenance of equipment and trains staff on procedures.
