Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Minnesota laboratory team in Saint Paul. You will perform moderate and high complexity tests, ensure quality control, and maintain laboratory instrumentation while following strict safety protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field, is ASCP certified, and has at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science from NAACLS-accredited program (or related degree with appropriate chemistry/biology courses).
• ASCP or equivalent certification as Medical Laboratory Scientist.
• Position requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing with accuracy.
• Maintain instrument systems, QC, and adherence to safety policies.
• Assist with specimen collection and patient flow as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Biology or related field + ASCP certification
