Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Minimum eight (8) years IT experience in medical administration field.
• Knowledge of enterprise network administration, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Cisco routers, switches, and security technologies including Cisco ASA firewalls and identity services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide network administration and cybersecurity support in a complex enterprise data center.
• Maintain secure, reliable network services and monitor system performance.
• Coordinate planned changes to protect security and operational integrity.
• Manage user accounts, network permissions, and system access rights.
• Apply SDN concepts to support network traffic management.
• Monitor WAN/LAN performance and optimize devices for workloads.
• Assist system administrators and engineers with data center devices and software.
