Job summary

Amentum is seeking a driven Medical Intelligence Operations Analyst to join the US PACOM Command Surgeon’s Decision Support Team. This role serves as the DST's senior medical-intelligence specialist and interfaces with the US PACOM J2 and other IC entities on biosurveillance and related threats.

The analyst will assess foreign medical capabilities, emerging diseases, biological threats, and related scientific developments, producing assessments and briefings for senior DoW leaders.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent education and intelligence training.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph ability; US citizenship may be required.
• Minimum 8 years in intelligence analysis, including at least 2 years in medical intelligence.
• Experience with DIA standards and ICD 203/206 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct worldwide medical-intelligence analysis on health, biosurveillance, and biosafety.
• Fuse intelligence, medical reporting, research, and open-source data.
• Identify indicators and implications for force health and mission risk.
• Interface with J2, DIA, NCMI, and other IC organizations.
• Produce assessments and briefings that meet classification and dissemination standards.
• Translate user needs into requirements for feeds, dashboards, and alerts.
