Job summary

EVERSANA, a global life sciences services company, seeks a Medical Information Manager to oversee the EVERSANA Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) for assigned clients. You will manage client relationships, ensure KPIs, mentor staff, and coordinate cross-functional responses with scientific accuracy.

Responsibilities include triage of inquiries, adverse event handling, documentation, and collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, and client teams. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical information or similar field.
• Ability to manage client expectations and KPIs.
• Knowledge of FDA post-marketing reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to medical information inquiries from HCPs, payers, and patients.
• Document and research responses, including adverse event narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes with QA, Regulatory, and client teams.
• Mentor staff and manage client resources and audits.
• Oversee client invoicing and service levels.
