Job summary

KAISER seeks a Medical Imaging Engineer III in Clackamas, Oregon to oversee acquisition, installation, calibration and maintenance of medical imaging equipment under the Clinical Technology Manager.

You will advise on specifications for purchases, coordinate installation with stakeholders, perform safety inspections, and document performance in the centralized maintenance system, ensuring HIPAA and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment or eight years with CRES.
• AAS degree in biomedical equipment service technology or equivalent.
• Driver's license required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Advise on specifications for purchases and replacements of imaging equipment.
• Coordinate installation, deployment, and integration with data retention systems.
• Perform maintenance, safety inspections, and calibration to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose malfunctions and service a range of imaging systems and components.
• Coordinate with vendors and clinical staff for remediation and recalls.
