Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant, MI - I to lead MI Synapse projects and mentor Clinical Consultants in clinical product optimization. You will provide on-site and remote education to physicians, IT staff, technologists, and other key operators.

The role involves project leadership, training coordination, and collaboration across Sales, Service, Engineering and Marketing to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, PACS Administration or healthcare industry.
• Required 2 years' experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products (SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound and Digital mammography).
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Nuclear Medicine/Radiology credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project lead consultant for customers and company personnel.
• Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer sites.
• Provide feedback to Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering and Product management on equipment issues.
• Assess customer understanding to enable effective on-site training and optimal product operation.
• Provide on-going support to resolve image quality and application issues at product and system levels.
• Collaborate with interpreting physicians and clinicians to ensure proper product use.
• Create and maintain training documentation and materials.
• Mentor Clinical Consultant MI‑I and II.
• Comply with FDA, ISO 13485 and all applicable quality/regulatory requirements.
• Travel frequently (up to 75%) to support projects and customer implementations.
