Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Consultant MI-I to mentor staff and lead MI Synapse projects. Responsibilities include clinical education for Physicians, IT staff, and technologists, as well as workflow analysis and end-to-end testing for Synapse PACS/MI deployments.

Travel to customer sites and remote support are required. Qualifications include 5–10 years in medical technology or healthcare IT, plus 2+ years with FUJIFILM Synapse products.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in medical technology or healthcare IT.
• Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse/SYNAPSE product suite.
• Clinical imaging knowledge in cardiology or radiology.
• RDCS RVT RN Cardiac ARRT (preferred) certifications.
• Strong communication and end-user training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical consulting projects for Synapse PACS/MI implementations.
• Provide on-site and remote training for physicians and technologists.
• Configure reports, perform workflow analysis and end-to-end testing.
• Support TAC with clinical guidance and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior Clinical Consultants MI-I and MI-II.
