Responsibilities include on-site/remote training for physicians and IT staff, workflow analysis, and end-to-end testing with strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Travel up to frequent levels may be required as part of site deployments; requires deep product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration across Service, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in medical technology or healthcare IT.
• Experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects and coordinate training events.
• Provide on-site or remote education to physicians and staff.
• Analyze workflows and configure reports; support testing and go-live.
