Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline; PhD preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with Healthcare Professional License (e.g., RPh).
• Minimum years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience with customer-facing or management/market access roles.
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, research, or managed healthcare.
• Experience with payer or organized providers; multi-therapeutic area exposure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the account medical lead for key decision makers in organized customer organizations.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations on account prioritization and strategy.
• Identify and qualify potential account-based investigators for clinical research or implementation science.
• Deliver scientific insights to inform Medical Affairs strategy and account planning.
• Collaborate with CEIL leadership and TA/CDMA teams to optimize portfolio engagement.
