Qualifications

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline required (e.g. MSc) with minimum 5 years in pharma/healthcare, 2 years in customer-facing or management/market access.
• Bachelor's degree with Healthcare Professional License (e.g. RPh) with minimum 7 years in pharma/healthcare, including 3 years in customer-facing role or management/market access.

Responsibilities

• Provide account insights to support TA account objectives and coordinate with CEIL leadership and account teams.
• Engage clinicians, quality leaders, pharmacy, IT/informatics, care coordination, and executives to gather scientific insights across accounts.
• Assess barriers across the patient journey and identify opportunities to improve diagnosis, referral, initiation of treatment and follow-up.
