Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC, a global professional services firm, seeks a Medical Equipment Project Coordinator to support Senior Equipment Planners on equipment specifications, cut sheets, and procurement for hospital projects. You will manage equipment lists, quotes, and vendor coordination while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

You are expected to review specifications, assist in surveys and installations, and contribute to project reports and documentation across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or 11 years of related experience and no degree.
• Reads architectural floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and its use in clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Researches medical equipment to generate specifications and cut sheets.
• Reviews and modifies equipment specifications and cut sheets.
• Creates initial equipment lists for common clinical spaces.
• Reconciles project equipment specifications with purchased equipment.
• Generates pricing reports for vendor responses to RFPs.
