Job summary

ProVerum Medical is seeking a Professional & Commercial Education Manager to drive learning initiatives and support commercial expansion. The role focuses on implementing the LMS, managing competency assessments, and coordinating field-based training for clinicians and sales staff.

The candidate will lead programs such as laboratories and fellowships, proctor new surgeons, and ensure consistent teaching standards across all faculty-led sessions, including new hire training events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related field, or equivalent clinical/commercial experience.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical training, medical device education, or commercial training in healthcare/medical device industries.
• Experience with LMS platforms and training-tracking tools or competency assessment processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly (minimum 50%) to support field-based training and programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer the LMS, maintaining systems for learning tools and tracking training activity.
• Manage competency assessment and sign-off processes for clinicians and sales members with Education and Sales teams.
• Coordinate in-field check-ins and coaching for clinicians and sales members.
• Lead and organize company-sponsored programs (labs, fellowships, residencies).
• Proctor new surgeons during live ProVee cases and provide in-case guidance.
• Support faculty meetings and events to ensure consistent technique and teaching standards.
• Contribute to new hire training events with classroom and field formats.
