Job summary

ProVerum Medical is seeking a high-performing Professional Commercial Education Manager to support rapid commercial expansion in the United States. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining the LMS, managing competency assessments for clinicians and sales teams, and coordinating field-based training and sponsored programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of clinical training or medical device education experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical/commercial experience.
• 10+ years of clinical training, medical device education, or commercial training experience.
• Experience with LMS platforms and training-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer the LMS across the function.
• Manage competency assessment and sign-off for clinicians and sales teams.
• Oversee in-field check-ins and coaching for clinicians and sales teams.
• Lead and organise company-sponsored programs (labs, fellowships, residencies).
• Proctor new surgeons during live cases and provide guidance.
• Support faculty meetings and events ensuring consistent technique and messaging.
