In this role, you'll work closely with Clinical, Pharmacy, and Executive Leadership and have the opportunity to design, develop reports, and conduct analyses using a variety of healthcare data sources. This position will play a key part in driving actionable insights to support the company's clinical, financial, and operational goals.

This is a hybrid role based in the Baltimore - Washington DC area

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mathematics or related field
• 3+ years medical economics or other healthcare data analytics experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience working with EMR/EHR
• Health plan experience with Managed Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans preferred
