MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, CA, seeks an experienced Dosimetrist to develop and evaluate individualized radiation treatment plans under the supervision of a Medical Physicist and Radiation Oncologist.

The role requires MDCB pathway eligibility or equivalent, 3+ years of medical dosimetry experience, and strong collaboration with physicians, physicists, therapists, and staff to ensure safe, effective treatments.

Competenze

• Formal medical dosimetry education/training meeting MDCB eligibility requirements or equivalent.
• Three or more years in a progressive radiation oncology dosimetry setting.
• Current knowledge of dosimetry principles, physics, anatomy, treatment planning, dose calculations, data analysis.

Mansioni

• Develop individualized radiation treatment plans per Radiation Oncologist prescription.
• Perform and verify dosimetry calculations (time, MU, inhomogeneity corrections).
• Create and evaluate dose distributions and beam arrangements (3D, IMRT, etc.).
• Reconstruct/interpret patient anatomy from CT/MRI to support planning.
• Ensure plan accuracy and document results, escalating issues as needed.
