Qualifikationen

• MD/DO/DNP graduates; board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• DNPs welcome but not required; fellowship in geriatrics or related fields is a plus.

• Lead and mentor health center Medical Directors in the region.
• Supervise medical directors and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Review quality dashboards and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Develop physician leadership and succession within the market.
• Collaborate with payers/providers to support value-based care initiatives.
• Represent Oak Street to external partners and build strategic relationships.
• Oversee population health initiatives with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide input on organizational strategy and clinical programs.
