Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a US Senior Medical Director, Neurology to lead the US Medical Next Gen Immunology team and drive strategic medical initiatives in neurological disorders. You will collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Market Access partners to shape Medical Plans and leverage AI-enabled evidence generation.

The role requires an advanced scientific degree and at least 7 years in Medical Affairs, with strong leadership and cross-functional influence across the US market.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a scientific discipline required: MD, PhD, or PharmD.
Minimum 7 years in Medical Affairs with Pre-Launch, Clinical Development, Launch and Life Cycle Management.
Experience in cross-portfolio Neurology and US strategy.
Experience using AI tools to drive internal and external impact.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to the US Medical Affairs Next Gen Immunology team and cultivate collaboration.
Manage a team of Medical Directors responsible for field training and MSL operations.
Develop strategy and tactics for an integrated Medical Plan across neurology.
Lead medical advisory boards and translate findings into actionable strategy.
Review medical materials for compliance and support US Phase IIIB-IV programs.
