Sanofi is seeking a US Senior Medical Director, Neurology, reporting into the US Medical Next Gen Immunology team. The role leads a Medical Directors/MSL team, shaping strategy across Neurology programs and collaborating with Clinical, Commercial, and Regulatory partners in the US and globally.

The position requires advanced medical training (MD/PhD/PharmD) and 7+ years in Medical Affairs with Neurology experience, plus strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent advanced degree.
• 7+ years of Medical Affairs experience including Pre-Launch, Clinical Development, Launch and Life Cycle Management.
• Experience in cross-portfolio Neurology areas.
• Strong people management and development experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to the US Medical Affairs Next Gen Immunology team by cultivating teamwork and collaboration to ensure delivery of priorities and talent development.
• Manage a team of Medical Directors responsible for field training and MSL operations.
• Provide values-guided management aligned with Sanofi's core values.
• Develop strategy and tactics for an integrated Medical Plan across Medical Education, Medical Communications and Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, and Clinical Research.
• Provide cross-portfolio medical strategy to Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory partners at Global and US levels.
• Lead medical and scientific advisory boards to translate findings into actionable strategy.
• Provide medical review and approval of promotional and medical materials in compliance with standards.
• Support execution of US Phase IIIB-IV clinical study programs and Investigator Sponsored Trials.
• Partner with US Drug Safety on adverse events and safety communications.
• Build relationships with Key Thought Leaders within medical and scientific communities.
