Job summary

AbbVie in Massachusetts seeks an experienced clinical development leader to oversee programs from early translational work to lifecycle management. You will design and oversee Development Plans, ensure data integrity and safety, and coordinate regulatory submissions with cross-functional teams to support strategic objectives.

The candidate should hold an MD with Oncology/Hematology specialty and have at least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma or academia, with strong English

Qualifications

• MD or non-US equivalent with Oncology/Hematology specialty.
• At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma or academia.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and execution of one or more clinical development programs across development stages.
• Monitor study integrity, safety data, timelines and enrollment with oversight of regulatory submissions.
• Provide in-house clinical expertise and coordinate activities across Medical Affairs, Discovery and Commercial functions.
• Lead or chair sub-teams and contribute to development plans and strategy.
